1. Create a multilingual web-based market place. First language should be English but later, translation of front-end could be available in different languages, from the administrator and editors. modern technologies should be used i.e. HTML5 / Javascript – SQL database 2. Registration form for every member and option for Facebook, Gmail, LinkedIn log-in 3. The market place should provide options for selling, buying, exchanging and bidding (up to 3-counter bids) items. The potential-buyer should have the option to bid on a sale also by choosing among the items that he/she offers for selling. Furthermore, the seller could have the option to see the potential-buyer’s other selling items and ask for a bid. 4. The market place should offer option to display the items content (text description, photos and youtube videos). For each item registered, required categories should be filled. Each item entry could be shared on social platforms (facebook, twitter) 5. The market place should provide options for giving reviews regarding the buyers and sellers’ history and statistics (total items registered, successful deals). 6. The market place should be linked to Google Ads 7. It is important that the developers provide the source of the software and its corresponding documentation 8. The website template should be responsive to different screen sizes (desktop, tablet and mobile) and touch friendly. 9. Mobile apps for Android and ios. Mobile apps should be the same as the website functionality and template. 10. Your offer should include up to five (5) draft templates. Service and project quality/maintenance requirements • The website/apps should be fast – lightweight. • The offer should also contain monthly cost for hosting (for a period of minimum one year). • The offer should include pricing for different amount of needed storage and internet traffic • 1-year guarantee for bug fixes and system maintenance should be provided (24/7 or other option) and • Your offer must include Hi-availability 99,9% of the market place.
