Build a new website using wordpress theme from existing static html site.

I need to get an existing html website rebuilt using a wordpress theme ([url removed, login to view]) , there are approx 60 -70 pages of content that will need to be copied over into the wordpress page structure / links will need updating/ existing galleries images to be put into an appropriate gallery for the them, etc,etc/
301 redirects will also need to be setup for the old site -> new
The freelancer should have decent experience working with wordpress / premium wordpress themes and can make css changes quickly, knows their way around the admin side.
Please give me an idea on price and when we discuss I will give you the original website url. I will setup a wp install myself and will provide ftp access.
