Chat Room for Internet Only Church

I am starting up an internet only Church. I am planning to use something called Blog Talk Radio (BTR) to host the services. They are pretty good, but they are lacking in some areas. One of them is a chat. They have one built in, but in order for callers to use it, they have to register for a BTR radio show, which is really weird. Im sure it comes down to making money for BTR, but for a Church Service, this just wont do. So I need a chat for my Church. It does not need to be anything fancy. If it has moderation features, that would be awesome. If it has the ability for me to post my face pic and a nice theme or other pics, videos and such as this, that would be great too. If it could be customizable, that would be great too, Like for example, put a place on the chat to have a donation plate, linked to my Paypal, links and other things like that that would be there all the time. = No idea where to start. Maybe there is a good chat client out there that I can use rather than someone creating one. I need this in the next few days and I am on a really tight budget.
