Convert a JPG Design to a HTML Website

I require a graphic design to be converted into good quality/clean HTML. Please see the attached screenshots – a homepage ([login to view URL]) and a subsequent page ([login to view URL]) You should take these graphics and generate a set of HTML files and images in an appropriate folder structure. Specific items to note about the two designs [login to view URL] (homepage) and [login to view URL] (product page): - In the header section, the white space between the search box and Login button area should automatically expand based on the users screen width so that the header section takes up 100% of the width available. - In the header section the menu items should highlight on mouse over, as given in the examples. - The More menu item should display a simple drop down list containing items for “Data Quality Index” and “Gross Domestic Product” – this should have a simple fade/display animation to make it sleek. The items can be presented in a easy to understand list. - The grey space to the left of the Sections menu and right of the Release schedule boxes should extend based on screen/browser size. i.e. the area from Sections to Release schedule is fixed with and remains centered horizontally on the page. - The “Sections” menu on the left hand side of the page should be static apart from simply highlights when you mouse-over an item. However, see the SMIPage where sub items need to be available in a non-dynamic way. i.e. factor this in. - In the WEDEsign, notice the World Economics Journal box has a View more link in the bottom right hand side of the box, clicking this should expand the box downwards using a suitable animation/action to show more items. It should then read “View fewer“ and allow the user to close up the box to the original size. - On the SMIPage the main working area (i.e. white box) should be the same width as the centre and right columns on the homepage (WEDesign), the page working areas should be consistent across all. - The font used on the homepage is: Roboto,RobotoDraft,Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif see: [login to view URL] - Feel free to reuse the images in this design but all text should be “text” on the page, you can use images for the “Release schedule” and “Latest Index Data Trends” boxes on WEDesign - The HTML pages should work in Google Chrome, Firefox and IE - A mobile version should automatically be generated so that the menu items appear in a list and the homepage box contents appear also as the page body.
