Convert PowerPoint to Macromedia Flash Presentation

We have a 34 page Adobe Acrobat (PDF) document (with PSD source file) that we need converted to Power Point and then to Flash. It's a sales prospectus with text and photos. We need an index for navigating from page to page, and we want to preserve the option of adding audio voice over later...but right now we are not asking for audio to be included in the presenation. This project needs to be done by the end of this week. The intention is to post this on our website and have it fit in our content area, so the number of pages of output will probably be more than the number of original input pages. All text and graphics are provided in the input documents.
