Convert a Template to a Website

1) Using an existing html5 template (complete with html, css and javascript), integrate into an existing asp.net MVC3 project written in C#. 2) Given a design document, produce the required javascript, asp.net and cshtml for a functioning and visually pleasing dashboard for the display of information. 3) Create an extensible javascript module based on a test dataset without any functioning data retrieval from a database or web service. We would like to integrate the information we have on our current landing page ([login to view URL]) and use the template layout we have purchased as the frontpage of our website, but with the proper information. From that we would like to create a dashboard page which contains the javascript element we are requesting. Here is a navigable wireframe of what we desire: [login to view URL] You are able to interact with certain aspects of the canvas and if you click "Sign Up" and then "Create an account" you will see our idea for the dashboard, however we would like it in a more unified style that reflects our template. The javascript module we are mostly interested in is the wheel which displays a numerical value and employs a pie chart effect behind it. We want it to be minimalist, for example with this image ([login to view URL]), but modular so we can change the color of the outside ring, change the source of the text and reproduce it as many times as necessary. I will be building the database, security and other bank connections myself so this will have to be delivered without integration of this data.
