Convert a Template to a Website

I have a Shopify website that I need the pages styled. The template I have currently works well except the actual website pages are a bit boring and don't offer many options to make them look good. I would like each page to have a header banner and the text to all be justified. I need my meet the team page designed a bit better so the teams images look good. There are about 8 pages that need styling, but I will only get you to 2 pages as a test. The About Us page and The Meet the Team page.
