Customization of website template

I am trying to customize a website for the purpose of using it as a website to memorialize someone who has passed away. Here is the template: [login to view URL] I will purchase the template or pay the amount to allow the designer to purchase the template. Overall, I would like this to be a more robust message board, with people visiting the site able to add photos, text, and video quickly and simply. Here is what I need: The links at the top should read: Home Page Memories Videos Photos Add a Memory About Eric Contact Us As the administrator, I will need to be able to edit the front page by adding photos and text. Memories - within this section, I want it to look and read like a blog. My desire here is for people to be able to go down the page and read memories, very similar to the format of a blogspot entry, with a heading, date, and then content. There should either be a widget on the page that says "Add a Memory" or a form at the bottom where there would be a header, a box to write in the text, and then a box to tag the memory, whether it belongs in the "memories" "photos" or "videos" category, or sometimes all 3. Within the widget (which could take you to a pop-up window or however it is easiest), there should be buttons to upload photos from your computer, link to a photo from Photobucket or Flickr or such, or upload a photo from your own personal computer. It can be as simple as having the the text box for the written memory, then buttons below or on top that might say "Add a video" or "Add a photo." All memories in all sections should have the functionality to be commented on. There should also be an option to add a description in a separate box outside of the heading - ie, some people may upload photos and say in the heading where it was taken, but may want to add additional information that would show up below the photo or video. Videos - simple layout like above, someone should be able to scroll down the page and play various uploaded videos. This page should also have the section or widget as I described above. Photos - same as above. Add a memory - should simply contain the widget or page layout as I've described. About Eric - I want to be able to upload a photo and text in this section. Contact us - a form to redirect to an email. They should be able to fill out the form and it will send out the message to an email address, which I will later provide.
