Customize File Hosting Script

I need two features added to my script.

A fetch url feature. I would like the user to have the ability to upload files by simply adding a download url. Similar to the url feature on this website. [url removed, login to view]

The ability to stream videos or mp3s on the download page. If a user uploaded a video or mp3 it should stream on the download page. Similar to [url removed, login to view]
