I have a Wordpress theme that I need customized.

I want to create a site that looks and functions similar to the following:

We have already purchased the theme for a different project, but are no longer doing it. The theme is fairly robust and has most of the features we need. We simply need to be able to tweak the look of it to match what we need for this particular project.
We will need to create the following pages:
Static Home Page with opt-in boxes
About
Blog
Resources
Courses
Contact
We will send design layout ideas (sketches) for each of the pages. Let us know if you have any questions.
We ask that each candidate submit at least 2 references that can vouch for the quality of your work. These need to be clients you have worked for very recently, along with the site that was built for them. In your application, please include the number of inches there are in a foot.
