Customize a WP social media plugin for Listify theme.

I have the Wordpress listify theme. I also want to use a plugin such as flow flow or any other similar social media plugin so that I can display social media streams on my listings. listify works by people creating listings from a vast of preset custom fields that I created. It then creates their own profile page accordingly. I would like to integrate something to show actual recent feeds from their respected social media on their profile page. Id want the client to beable to write in their social media pages info and it display on the listing. I beleive a plugin like flow flow is possible to achieve this, but it would apparently require some customization work any other plugin would be fine as long as it works. You should probably be familiar with Listify, WP Job Manager, WP field editor. thanks
