Looking for experienced person to convert PSD into responsive html with proper encoding and css. Should be proper Html5 done with pure css. No hardocding will be accepted. It should be fully responsive and should work on all devices and browsers.
There are 2 pages needs to be done. I will provide PSD for one page and for other page same template will be used for header and footer and for body part it can be copied from already available page online. I will provide more details to interested bidders.
