Csharp image date setter

I need a very simple program sketch as a Csharp windows forms app

Description:

This is a simple program that lets the user move through a set of pictures with forward and back buttons, while quickly and easily changing the date of the picture to the actual date they recall the picture being taken.

Details:

When the program launches a dialog asks you which directory you want to use and the user selects the directory on the computer where a large number of photos are located.

The software then organizes the photos, in the directory, according to the "Properties | Details | Date Taken" property of each photo and displays the first on the screen. There are forward and back buttons to navigate to other photos in order.

Underneath there is a label with the current "Date Taken" value for the picture displays. Below that is a set of drop down fields for day, month, year and a button that says "SET".

If the user clicks "SET" then the date taken/modified/created is set to the date indicated with the drop downs. The picture is also renamed as YYYYMMDD_(5 random letters/numbers).jpg so that the even the filename includes the date.

The drop downs should keep their value from picture to picture, only changing when the user adjusts them, so that the user can easily set the current picture to the same value as the most recently set picture.

If the user advances to another picture without clicking "SET" then the picture remains unadjusted.

Should be made for Visucal Studion 2010 Express CSharp. Just a simple, clean working example ... no facy interface or anything.
