a Quick Fix to My Excel Document

hello pls see the attached document and you will understand what I need. I basically need the codes fixed on my commission excel document because I messed it up and it does not add properly. Here is what i need in detail: 1. remove a field A (Sports Service/Placement Program) 2. move distribution as part of management services 3. assign the correct commission based on the net sales input field and bring it also to the total of that month (on last tab) 4. make the numbers divide up properly and add up to the correct percentage due so we can submit to payroll. 5. don't worry about all the months tabs, all you need to do is one and then we will copy and paste or just have you create the new months. 6. give us a chance to add a Level 4 and Level 5 but leave it blank for now. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
