Comic Book Reader + promoting your work as a coder!!!

I am the owner of [login to view URL], we have over 10,000 users. We are looking for a comic app that is similar or better then <[login to view URL]>. to be developed ? and used for our site. The reason is that users have requested a comic reader for our site so our admin/moderators can answer any issues specifically for our app and not someone elses. Further we have comics that are exclsuively to us and we are prevented from using other apps to share these comics. Therefor we are requesting in addition to an app better then comic rack that can read cbr, cbz etc, that we have our own format used exclusively for our books be provided;? such as the new creation of an edu extention. The edu extention will be used to create and view comics. Basically, the edu extention would merge jpegs, gifs into the edu extention to be read on the app as well. Just like CBR/CBZ does right now. A little bit of what we are looking for The Interface of the above app is very powerfull and user-friendly realeased in .NET ? - Menu and Toolbars were themed by Office 2007 ? - Using DirectX to show comics ? - and many other things I can only afford up to 1000.00 for this. This is going to be a free app. We are a non-profit organization. I can? promote the programmer of the app on the site that you created it. I would of course would own the app. I would also agree to the coder to promote the app as a marketing piece for themselves. ## Deliverables Additional Comments are I would like the comic to be in the app, by cover and assorted by publisher and name of book. Thus, you see the comic cover and then you are able to click on the comic and then read the comic book in the app.
