ACTAtek Log reader

The program will be invoked from the command line or windows scheduler

The program will read a configuration file for:

- Address of time clock

- How to send the resulting file (SMTP|write to a directory)

- SMTP server, directory to write to

It will read its command line for "from what time", "to what time", or default to yesterday

It will make soap calls to a time clock to:

- login

- retrieve log file entries, from, to, or calculate yesterday

- logout

The log file entries will be written in a text file

The text file will then be sent to our company for further processing, by SMTP or another program that picks up the file from the known directory for transmission.

WSDL file and example code will be provided

Config file will also need to include the username and password for authentication
