Another simple wordpress menu

Another 5 minute project and I'll pay $15 to get this done. I have a menu widget for my left sidebar, but it is trying to be a horizontal menu. I don't know how to tell that menu to style properly. If you visit [login to view URL], you will see at the bottom of the sreen there is a horizontal menu and below that a vertical menu. The vertical is not using any wordpress menu - just images and HTML. What I want is the top menu to look exactly like the vertical menu, so that they both fit into the left sidebar. In the end, the left menu should look like [login to view URL] Please don't bid unless you 100% understand the project. I will also not pay more than $15.
