Create a video site similar to YouTube but customized

I am looking to create a video site that would be just like youtube and be able to upload videos to youtube and search videos from youtube. I would also prefer it to be compatible for droids, iphone and blackberry just like youtube is. I would like it to have the ability to build up a collection of videos that are exclusive videos that were uploading them from my site to youtube. For example: If someone is on my site and searches for "how to play guitar", then I would want videos that are from people that uploaded them from my site to youtube be shown. It would still be ok if it pulled videos from youtube that show up under those terms, but I would want the videos that were uploaded from my site to be listed first, and maybe something that helps them to stand out, like it might say "featured video". I'm not sure the best way to do this but an idea I have is maybe there is a way that when a video is uploaded from my site to youtube that automatically some unique words or symbols be put in the title, description, and/or tag. At the same time, when someone does a search within my site then those same unique words or symbols would be included within the search, but they would be hidden from the person typing in the search. Like I said, I don't know the best way to do this and I'm no programmer, I would just want a way to do a custom search. If you have the skills to set something like this up then let me know. I was looking into the sites that might already have this set up but I assume it would still need to custom programming to do what I'm asking. This is the one that appears to be the best for what I'm looking to do but I don't know for sure. I would want to work with someone very knowledgeable of this to know the easiest way to do this. With these scripts, the design is basically already put together I would just need the programming. If this can be done then I want it done. I just need to know how it can be done and how much you would charge. A separate thing I am looking to do is I would like to offer an easy way to help people convert pictures they have into a video. So I would want them to set up an account with a username and password and then they would upload images they would want to use for the video. I would like them to have some customization options and see a few example of styles for the video that would be made for them as well a few samples of background music that can be used. So they select their images, music and text they want included. This information would then be available for me to see so a video can be created based on what they selected and then upload it back to them that they could retrieve when they log back in. I would like a bid for each project. Creating the YouTube style site is the priority but if someone could do both for not much more then that would be a bonus and I'd just do that.
