Do u have shared hosting or reseller hosting. do u know there is a feature in VPS which can grab site from other server and most of the time it works you dont need a backup to do it. Beside you cant backup sql from ftp you need cpanel to take a full backup to move the sites. i have moved many sites and still have a vps of my own. . Lets discuss your project in detail.
