css coding from psd & prep for cms

I need an expert CSS coder to pick up where our last coder left off. Here are the details of this project: Please see the attached zip file with the following documents - original psd design files (home page + interior) - coded site with css document and home page template - SAMPLE coded site for our cms system of choice for reference purposes - Token reference guide from our cms system - Hand drawn wireframe showing where we need you to apply the editable regions to our home page + interior template so we can upload to our cms. Selected coder should have experience and good feedback from previous css coding projects. You should also be familiar with the concepts of cms. We will be using this system in the future so I would like to develop an ongoing relationship with a coder so we can have someone dependable to code sites and upload the templates to this system. Please see deliverables section for a description of project requirements. ## Deliverables Here are the requirements of this project 1. Review the attached coded site for the home page. Ensure w3c compliance and review the quality of work done. Make sure css features are built out (compare to sample. If anything needs fixed or improved, please do so. 2. Code the interior page. 3. Go back and provide templates with embedded "Editable Areas" as outlined in the wireframe. Do this for the home page and interior page. There are the files we will upload to light cms. Refer to account support page and demos for guidance if needed. 4. We need a third template page to upload called [login to view URL] with simply one large editable area placed in the entire content area (MainContent). 5. Ideally you will create your own account at light (free) to use as a testing environment to verify the templates and css are functioning properly. If you do not wish to do this we will do this ourselves. Just pot the files. Please let me know in your bid if you will test the files on light or just post the files to RAC so we can test ourselves.
