Additions to Artist Website

I have an almost-finished artist's portfolio site that needs some tweaking and additions. You can see what I have done so far with it at - [login to view URL] This is how I would like to have it look: [login to view URL] Here's what I need done to make that happen: -- Four more content pages with their corresponding .xml documents with html compatible editing for easy updates. The XML documents are very IMPORTANT!!! Below is the order and display I would like for the categories. News - About - Shows Media - Links - Contact The contact page should open in the main box just like the other categories (instead of the e-mail link). In this order, you may have to push down the image display categories. I have all the content and images and fonts for these pages and image examples of how I would like each page to look. I need someone who can make these pages look like the designs I have for them. This is CRUCIAL. If you CANNOT make the pages look like the example, do not even bother bidding. I'd also like an .xml document for this so we can change the background whenever we want to and size and center the main site content similar to how I have it in the background image example (right now it is awkwardly all the way to the left). -- Equip the video files with the new skin I purchased (I will send you this upon acceptance) and make sure all the videos are working right (right now only the 2nd video is for some reason!) And make it possible to add text above and below the videos (for the main images I just added text to the .jpg's and I'm quite happy with the result and would like to keep it that way but it just wasn't possible to do that with the .swf files!) Here is an image example of how I want it to look: [login to view URL] -- Size the logo .jpg slot so that it does not have the thick gray bars on each side and make it wide enough to only expose the thickness of the grey border that is around the about - contact box. (Hope that made sense! If you look at the site and then at one of my image examples you should see what I mean.) -- Create the mailing list box that I have on the ‘Contact Page’ example. I want it to look exactly like this and I have the .psd so you can create the buttons with it. And link it to the Express Mailing List we have set up with [login to view URL] -- Create a box for the HTML code to link back to the site just like the one I have on the ‘Links Page’ I also want this to look exactly the same with no scrollbars!!! That's it! I think it should be pretty simple for an EXPERIENCED FLASH designer/coder. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING, DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT!!!! IF YOU CANNOT COMPLETE SOMETHING ON THE LIST, DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT!!! I also have my hosting with [login to view URL] and this is where the FTP is located. You need to be somewhat familiar with working with this site. I'd like this done as soon and as inexpensively as possible. Our budget is $150 and I have all of the necessary files to make these changes possible and will release them to the designer upon acceptance of a bid.
