Create a Flash website

Create a flash based website with animated water background. Create a splash page. I will supply the animation for the background and the splash page. Create menus on the main page to show Bios, Company information, and contact information. When the menus are clicked they are to show in the center of the page. Create a horizontal thumbnail video listing at the bottom of the page. Users will select a video and it will be viewed in the center of the page. ## Deliverables **Detailed Project Description:** Develop a Adobe Flash website with two main pages. First, a splash page with ocean tide animation will greet visitors. There should be a "percentage loader" so the visitors know that the animation is being loaded. I will supply the animated sequence. A skip button should be placed on the opening page so users can skip the animation. In addition, the page should automatically send users to the main site once the movie finishes playing (reached end of scene). The main site will have the company logo on top. The background will be a moving water animation. I will supply the image sequence for the animation. I want menus on the side for the main page. The menus will be Home, Bios, Company info, and Contact Us . I want the menus to change color from white to dark silver on mouse-over. When the menu item is clicked i want it to load in the content box. For each menu item clicked, i want the current content to fade out and fade in the new content. There will be a strip of 20 videos at the bottom of the page. I need the strip to scroll left and right. When a video is selected i want it to play in the content box above it. (The video will play in the same content box were the site information is displayed.) I will supply the video clips (2 - 3 minutes each). I want a "percentage loader" to show when the clips are loading to be viewed. I recommend that the video list be written in XML so the files can be rotated or changed without having to modify the flash animation. There may be 10 movie clips or 20, or 30. i want to be able to add and remove movies from the clip without going into flash. The movie thumbnail should show 15-20 frames of the clip on mouse-over. I am open to suggestion on movie format. Your two choices are quicktime or flash/flash video. Please see the attached zip file with concept image. **Deliverables:** 1. Project is to be completed and delivered within 10 days of acceptance. 2. Flash, Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML, and XML source files must be delivered upon project completion. For flash i need the .fla and rendered file .swf. Photoshop, i need the .psd file. For Illustrator, i need the .ai file to be delivered. 3. Working finished product must be uploaded to a web server that i will provide.
