ASP.NET Menu Control or CSS(repost)

Please see images attached in the zip file.

I need a menu control or the CSS to make the ASP.NET Menu control look and behave like the image attached in the provided zip file.

The menu control needs the following properties:

1.? ? ? ? ? ? Hover, this will change to the “pressed ? look?? and display the color (in the example image dining is showing hovered or “pressed??

2.? ? ? ? ? ? Text ??" This is the text the menu will display.

3.? ? ? ? ? ? Normal? - This is non hovered, non pressed state, no color.

4.? ? ? ? ? ? The menu items need to be able to have a “pressed state?? to indicate to a user when they are in that section of the site which can be set in code behind file to true or false.

5.? ? ? ? ? ? Background Image.

6.? ? ? ? ? ? Navigation url

This should be fairly strait forward. In the images provided I assume this would be 2 menu controls on 1 page. So keep that in mind. What is key is Hover, PressedState and the ability to set Pressed State in Code as well as text and hover color.

I have increased max bid. When you look at the image, again keep in mind the white area is a logo and what you see are 2 menu controls. Due the increased bid allowance, my preference for higher bids will be an asp.net control that can do what I have put forth. The manu in the image is obvious but just to be clear again, it is not the entire image, the image has a left menu, (LOGO WHITE SPACE) and right menu with the background of the page being almost the same color as the menu. Thanks.
