finance assignment

I have a question which can be found in attachment. I want it solved. Candidate bidding for this should have good background in accounting and finance.

This assignment needs to be of 1000 words analysis exclusive of relevant calculations. You need to submit excel calculation file too. 4-5 references are required for this in Harvard style. Deadline is 12-14 hours.
