Make notes during your reading, on these following aspects within the auto-biography:

Locate the key places and time span of the story.

Identify the key social inequality issues raised in the auto-biography – e.g., class, gender, ethnicity, disability, etc.

Identify the key social factors in identity formation: such as familial, neighbourhood, education, religion and work issues raised in the auto-biography.

Identify the key social forces in the book: war, displacement, immigration, poverty, etc.

Choose and read at least one chapter from each of the three parts of Sociology: Antipodean Perspectives that relate to the auto-/biography you are using.

For example: (NB this is just an example!! There are other chapters in each of these parts that could be chosen that are just as apt for this book.)

TASK: Write a short essay on the sociological issues (of inequality issues, factors, and forces) in the auto/biography that you have chosen from the list provided above. Be sure to make your short-essay discussion incorporate reference to the relevant chapters of Sociology: Antipodean Perspectives (2nd edition, 2012).

The notes you have taken should enable you to cover these questions:

How did particular social forces of that time and place impact on the author’s life?

How did particular social factors shape the author’s identity?

What was the author’s experience in relation to any kind(s) of social inequality?

You must demonstrate that you can use the required Harvard system of in-text referencing, and construct a bibliography.

Also I have made a small mistake in relation to the payment, unfortunately as I am only a student i cannot pay more than $30 for this project, especially that it is small.
