Algorithm of US tax return (federal, state, SS, medicare)

I want to set up on-line tax return service for small particular group of customers - the US Visa holders (Q, M, F and J) similar to

To do this I need qualified person to make and instruction, well detailed algorithm on how to do this refund.

In order to do the refund for 2011 we’ve collected next document’s scans from our clients:

- personal data (name, DOB, SSN, contact info - e-mail. phone, post address, Employers information, states worked in, dates while in the US, tax return fiscal year)

- our power of attorney + right to get the tax refund checks

- form 2848

- our agreement

- passport 1st page

- the US visa

- SSN

- paychecks slips + possibly w2

- ds-2019 (the form vital for J1 visa)

The samples of paychecks slips, w-2, visa, ds-2019 are attached.

What I need as a result:

- the forms we have to fill for each type of the refund (links to the forms on the IRS web site + filled samples as for sample doc’s attached)

- instructions on how and where these filled forms must be submitted to the IRS (is it possible to do this over the web?) - post addresses needed

- how is it possible to check the process status?

- how soon the tax return may be proceeded? is it possible to make it faster?

- in which way the IRS send the money?

- if it is done by check whose name on it? (my as an attorney or client’s)

- if it is the client’s name on the check - what should I provide my bank with to deposit this check on my account with the purpose to do the money transfer to the client less my commission?

The instruction must be done as detailed as possible and be prepared in the form of step-by-step guide. Using this guide I must be able to fill manually the tax refund for the attached sample documents we no additional expenses except postage.
