I am looking for a simple profit and loss software which can be written in microsoft access or excel. What we are requiring is the facility to be able to acknoweledge payments for house rentals and also enter mortgage payments and any rents unpaid on the chosen date perhaps a reminder flags up against the corresponding address i.e red. amber, green as a dashboard.

We require a simplified profit and loss per address and then a total the other end. It needs to be idiot proof.
