Hi, It is very nice to meet you, let me tell you a bit more about my experience, I started working as a virtual assistant in 2012, for a big web company and learned so much since that time. One of the firsts things I learned was to use quickbooks online, I was tasked on creating invoices for the clientes that already had paid for their service and after the invoice was created alocate the payment and send them a paid invoice thru email using the QBO plataform for that.
From there I was not just creating invoices, I was also adding invoices from the suppliers, learning how to download, upload and accept transactions, categorize them and add them in the correct place. It toke me just a few months to advance to reconcile account with the bank acccount, paypal or any other source of payment. Latter I learned where to get the reports needed like P/L, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.
After 2 years working with QB I became the QB expert in my company I know so much that it is easy for me to spot errors in the transactions entered manually or accepted thru the automatic donwload area.
