We utilize quickbooks for our accounting software for delivery sales and vending machine sales(Cash business). Due to the fact that our vending sales are not tracked in inventory with quickbooks we currently do not have correct inventory causing our balance sheets to be a mess.
I am needing help with explanations on how to rectify this and some guidance in other areas of quickbooks in order to fix our mistakes and start doing everything right. I also need some help understanding my assets and depreciation expenses and if I have been categorizing everything correctly.
