aeworks patches and problem

need someone that knows aedating software to fix problem and to add patches.....its a 4.1 and i know one of the patches i want it a .3

but most important i need someone to fix the problem im having with it ...i have restored the site 3 time and it lasts about 2 days everytime ...its says "It seems to be script is not installed."
