Convert a PhoneGap application (iPhone + Android) to Windows Phone

CONTEXT :
It's an application map-based to report problems in the streets.
The code is on GitHub and is fully functionnal on my server for demo.
The mobile application is based on PhoneGap v3 and Cordova v3.6 and has already Android and iPhone code.
WORD ASKED :
1. Compile Android and iPhone from the code present in GitHub
2. convert or adapt the code to Windows Phone.
3. Modify the interface (color, images) to follow the website interface
3. write installation manuel on how to compile the Apps under Xcode and/or Eclipse and/or Windows SDK.
