Ios and Android simple app, voice recognition

I'm looking somebody to build a simple background app for ios and android,

if built on phonegap it should be compiled on blackberry and windows phone as well

The app is pretty simple, more information can be ask on private,

the app has two parts,

a small interface with a few buttons

a background running service to recognize voice
