Help me with Video Streaming App

Hello nice reading about you and your expertise. I guess you might be able to resolve my issue.
I have developed an video streaming app similar to tiktok and the developer has made the front end in java and backend in parse sever from [login to view URL] which I wasn’t informed and I wanted the backend to be in laravel.
Now I am facing issues like the video getting stuck and there is a delay in playing and uploading issue,like upload takes lots of time and at last fails and does not support few video formats.
Now I want to check the quality of the code and fix the front end by make it a good quality code.
As for the backend I am thinking to migrate it to laravel or nodejs but if the parse server supports database transfer of users then we can fix the parse server and launch the app now. Since we are expecting huge downloads. Later we can migrate it to laravel as I am looking to launch asap.
