on left side box, blue switch button again for Vibrate and Sound On/Off

Under that will be sound options - user select sounds

on Right side - Auto reply - user taps and pop up opens to enter reply field

Under that - Notification Icon - user selects the icon from list

yellow notepad attachement - user will see message like that
