As part of our app development, I need to outsource some bits of the project. So for voicemail feature in the countries where its not available or paid service, users can install our free app and have voicemail on their mobile itself. Obviously, it's not useful when user is outside of coverage area or mobile is switched off. But that's fine.
Only below needed:
1. Settings for:
A) Time before auto acceptance of call.
B) Max recording time
C) Greeting - either record voice or text to speech
2. Register ConnectionService and get hold of Connection once a call is received.
3. If user doesn't pickup the call till given seconds, automatically accept call & play greeting to caller.
4. Record audio (voicemail). Also save information like caller number, call duration etc.
5. If disconnected by caller just save audio file and call information. Or... Disconnect automatically if recording time exceeds the time in settings. ** Ensure that call is disconnected.
Only, 1 screen needed to save those settings (no fancy design).
App should keep running in background or should be started by Android system when incoming call.
The app should be developed in Xamarin forms and delivery is working app and source code.
Target OS versions : Android 8, 8.1, 9 & 10.
We would need similar help for other features in our app, so if satisfied with this work, we'll have a long term engagement.

Scenario ::
caller A dials to B (say number +1234567890). B has our app installed on his handset which is notified by Android system (as incoming call). The app starts counting time. Below are possibilities:
1. If B accepts the call, app will ignore all further actions.
2. B is busy, so can't pickup the call. Now, based on the settings time, app waits for the ring and then automatically receives the call. On connecting the call it plays the recorded message to A (telling that B is not available). Then starts recording the incoming audio (i.e. speech from A).
2.1 A disconnects call
2.2. A doesn't disconnect, so app automatically disconnects the call after few seconds (as per setting).
App now saves the recording & also call details (like incoming number & call duration)
