Create HTML & Angular pages for a Admin Dashboard (Bootstrap template provided)

We have a wireframe ready in Balsamiq and a commercially licensed theme from Themeforest (Metronic). We want the developer to develop static and dynamic screens customizing various pages from the theme and using the theme's controls just like the way they are in the wireframe. The entire workflow is in Balsamiq and we should be replicating that using HTML and Angular code and by making use of the theme.
Estimated number of pages - about 30 of varied complexity. The pages are as attached in the PDF file.
Prior experience with Angular 6+ and Bootstrap (HTML and CSS) is mandatory to execute this project.
