We are a tattoo shop looking to have our sort of mascot / character animated for an intro to videos we post on social media. Attached is a still image of the character. We would like the wizard to come out of the eye, zap lightning with his finger, flashing the screen in to a new scene with text that says "Whittling Wizard Tattoo"
