**UPDATE - THE CLIENT HAS REDUCED THE BUDGET ** Sorry guys! I am a freelance graphic designer and I need an offshore drilling tool animated for a client's website project I am working on - they only have a single rendered picture of the tool (like a drill bit) but want to show their clients how it works. At this stage, I am collating quotes - they will decide whether to proceed or not once they have an idea of cost - I'd like to give them a cost for a 4 and an 8 second animation so they can make a decision. The project will need to completed before end November 2016, so we have some time. I don't have any other info at this stage - but can get some examples of the type of tool to let you see what's involved thanks! Amanda
