416304 IPCam 2 DVD Auto

Axis IP Camera PC running Windows 7 Ultimate Need custom software to record video and burn directly to DVD without user interaction. Other than PTZ and start and stop. Axis web interface records to .asf file format. Currently Cyberlink Powerdirector will take and .asf file and burn it to a DVD...sometimes...it is shaky at best. But it is a manual process. I want this software to interface with the camera and control PTZ and start and stop recording while also burning it to DVD either during the recording or afterwards but i thinnk preferably while it is recording. Maybe even record from IP cam directly to DVD somehow on the fly. Let me know what you think guys? Is there someone out there who can do this? It is for my Church Video and it needs to be so automated that no one can mess it up. Thanks
