Apache Spark precalculating results from mysql database for php codeigniter project (make load fast or instantly )

I am with a project in php codeigniter, in is taking a lot to load information. It's not big data (mysql and json). are like 10k results, and is taking from 30 seconds to 3 minutes, just to filter. I need to make a test to load fast, instantly if is posible. 30 mb, is taking too much, and i cant scale to big data, and is what i need. If this architecture is possible to made, will gave a contstant management job for this project. We need for a php project load instantly results, preloads, load balancing, collect fast data, Govern, transform raw data in data clean consumable and compatible. we need instant and fast data visualization for dashboard, tables, pivot, charts, reports. So for these, we need hadoop with apache Sparks, to pre calculate all results, when they arrive, to when php projects needs them, just read them, and not need to make any calculations, to be slow load.
