English to Dari Afghanistan Translation

I need to translate the attached file from Islamic English or Arabic Text to "Dari - Afghanistan". You can translation either from the English or Arabic files attached.
Please this is Islamic specific text not everyone familiar with it so you can not just translate from English or Arabic to Dari direct you must have knowledge of Islamic background to be able to translate Islamic text like prayer times names Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha and Quran, Qibla, etc to their Dari names used by Dari Muslims you can not just google for it or use wiki.
Computer and google translations are not acceptable, I will check your translation word by word using google before accepting your work.

The file is [login to view URL] is XML text UTF-8 encoded so you must use text editor and open and save it in UTF-8 mode. Simple you can open it in Notepad and save it and when saving it make sure the Encoding is set to UTF-8.
You should translate the text values only do not translate the xml variable names, example:
<string name="timezone">Time Zone</string>
do not translate this: <string name="timezone">
and do not translate </string>
you just translate the English text : Time Zone
Also to do not translate \n and <br> or <b> inside the text.
