Dear sir. I have a good knowledge and experience to do the job, Also, I have a large supply of components for prototyping. I would like to clarify some details of that project: -Which temperature sensor you use? -What type of fan is used? -What type of the heater is used (AC/DC, nominal power). -How you would like to insert desired values (time/fan speed/temp.): LCD/touchscreen/potentiometer (analog knob), interface on PC/MAC etc. This is the most variable part, so the price can be changed both ways. I make out the design documentation for the serial production of electronic devices. I have a lot of experience designing shield for Arduino and similar Arduino boards. In developing the device using Eagle, Altium Designer, Kicad. Development is fast and qualitatively.

Hi, I have experience for 15+ years in electronics/embedded development. I have several years of advanced AVR/arduino development, including library development from scratch. Practically all Arduino AVR boards used, like: 2009, 2010, UNO, MEGA, NANO, MICRO, MINI, etc. Several shields used like Ethernet (W5100, ENC28J60, etc.) with various IP protocols implementation, various graphical TFTs with and without touchscreen and various BUS types (parallel, SPI, I2C, etc.), all kinds of sensors and buses, serial and parallel memories, etc. I can't really tell what you need by your description, but I think I can easily implement it.
