In 2020 being vegetarian or vegan, is a lifestyle. Also famous people stopped eating animal's proteins.
But what are more or less the differences between these two diets?
A vegetarian excludes meat, poultry, and seafood from their diet. Some of them also exclude dairy, and some may consume eggs. Likewise, vegans avoid meat, poultry, and seafood, but they also take it a step further by deleting animal products from their diet. This includes any type of animal milk and eggs.
Furthermore, vegans avoid foods produced using animals or animal products in any way, as honey.
Many vegans also avoid household products, clothing, or other items made from animal products or tested on animals.
To sum up, becoming vegetarian or vegan is an important choice. It could be hard, but it's a good solution.
