Rewrite something ($1/100 words) (Prepaid) (Urgent)

I have few notes, I want you to rewrite each between 80 -120 words. You just have to use your imagination.
So I am willing to hire 2 people for this, each will rewrite upto 500 words. I would explain in detail via chat, this could turn into a regular job after a while.
My budget for this is $10, i.e $5 for each. I don't think this would take more than 1 hour, it's not academic writing, just use common words, that's all.
And what I am paying is very reasonable and please don't ask me for $2/100 words as it's just rewriting. So let me know in your proposals, thanks a lot.
