Write articles on health topics on an On Going basis

I need someone to write articles/blog posts for my website/blog. The articles will be around health related areas but not medical/psychological in nature. The nature of the topics would be overall health, well being, and wellness etc. Or how to type articles about the our tool/app.
I can pay $2-$3 per article. The article should be 500+ words. I'll be needing about 8-10 articles per month (about 2-3 articles per week on regular basis). The selected writer can work on this along with his current projects/jobs.
The person should also be responsible to publish the article on my WordPress blog along with adjusting the suggested keywords and images in the post. The content should be original and quality work. If the person has good writing skills then this project can go long term.
The fresh candidates having prior writing experience are also welcome. The candidate should be motivated about writing good articles. Please bid some solid proposal and any samples of some prior work.
