Bibliography of wind turbine's impact on birds and bats

Hello,
I need to have the bibliography of the impact of windturbines on birds and bats in the world.
I want a text in English or in French, summarizing the bibliography existing. This text should be present differents datas :
- the reasons of the death of birds & bats on wind tubines,
- the number of birds & bats killed by country,
- the number of birds & bats killed by species,
- the parameters (daily variations, seasons variations, météo, caracteristics of the windpark and windturbine, species) affecting the impact of windturbines on birds & bats,
- the existing methods of evaluation of the impact (monitoring on the ground, by cameras, with dogs...),
- the differents formulas to know the real mortality on the windfarms, their advantages and their disadvantages ),
- all the interisting information find in the bibliography.
All the sources and the found articles should be cited, with autors, year, the title of article, the revue..., like this :
