Rewrite 20 pdf files in LATEX

NOTE:
1- I've pdf files and word files for them as well (plain text can be easily copy-pasted from word files into latex)
2- I've one chapter written in latex, and I can provide sourcecode for that so it'll save a lot of time for the freelancer.
3- There are 20 files for now, if the project is successful then freelancer will get a lot more. Moreover, the freelancer will most likely be hired to recreate a large number of figures (roughly 500) in LATEX.

Details:
I am trying to write a color book in Latex, and I want the structure of the book exactly the same as in the pdf-file (and the structure has already been prepared because I already have one chapter of the book written in the desired format). I'll provide freelancer with the
1- Pdf files
2- MS-word converted files (so he can copy-paste the plain text into the latex book for quickness)
3- One latex file (that is a chapter written in latex in the desired format)
And I need him to provide me Latex files. He will have to use equations, tables etc. in the code. I need them in 4-5 days, budget = $30
