1000 words Biography statement required (Please read instructions before bidding)

Attached to this project description are my key accolades, awards, recommendation letters, academic certificates, CV and engineering membership certificate. I need a native freelancer who is well versed in English use, to collate the information within these attached documents in a timeline fashion, and use it to write a "Biography statement" detailing a bit of my personal history, academic progress so far, work experience and listing my awards and recommendations in a coherence timeline fashion. Its more like a very nice essay about me, but stating all the facts contained in the attached documents. I am due for another award and so this statement is intended to be read publicly during the award ceremony. It will also be published in local news papers subsequently.
