The project is all about developing a portal which will serve needs of a local business community. This is a community service project and my budget is tightly constrained. The portal will be aiming at promoting businesses of community members. It will have several functionalities, databases, mailing lists, and a wel developed content management system for myself to update information and make changes as required without having to edit codes.
