Chart plotting module output to png or flash (asp.net sql)

Right now, it is powered by a CMS, and user edits the fields manually in the CMS.

He then uses Excel to plot the chart and saves a jpg/png to be uploaded to server.

We have an existing CMS and need you to create a module / script so that we can enter the values / edit past values in case of mistakes, and save the data and it will automatically plot the chart and output to /images/chart_en_SG.png. We will then integrate your module into our CMS admin panel.

We use asp.net and mssql2005 on windows.

You can pull historical data from [url removed, login to view] to create the chart with historical information.

Chart module can also be in Flash, if possible needs to fit within the content area of the page.

In your quote please revert with time needed to do this and cost, we need this by today.
